The online registration application collects data in an HTML form and writes the data to a FoxPro database table using custom FoxWeb programming. * Developed a web application to graph survey data for Survey Solutions, Inc. The application uses a Java applet to graph query results from an Access database. * Developed an automated database application for Research Dynamics, Inc. to import, transform, and export financial data for the Bureau of Veterans Affairs. The application uses scheduled execution of SQL Server stored procedures and Windows batch files to 1) download a source text file, 2) import the file into SQL Server, 3) check the data for errors, 4) transform the data, 5) export the modified records into a text file, 6) upload the output file to a mainframe using batch files, and 7) notify points of contact of success or failure of the transfer. * Revised the Rhyan Technologies Job Requirements Access database application. Corrected problems with the previous application and added new search and editing features as requested. Site creation began with translation of data from a non-relational COBOL database application into a SQL Server 7.0 database. ASP pages developed in Visual InterDev use complex SQL queries to return custom-tailored data dynamically for each user. Other ASP pages use SQL queries and cookies to generate statistics and comparisons specific to the user's property.
